Been a while...

Well hey! It's been over a year since my last post and I'm sure that nobody will read this, but it makes me feel better! :) A lot has happened since I last posted, so here's a really QUICK recap- From August to November in 2011, I had the opportunity to work at Jacob Lake in Arizona. Met wonderful people there and I got to cook the food for the lodge. :) Also, we hiked the Grand Canyon in one day, but that's another story.
On December 25, I started working on my mission papers, and on February 8th, I got my official call! Germany Berlin Mission it said, and I leave for the Provo MTC on June 27th. Needless to say, I'm a bit stoked. :]
I recieved my endowments on March 3rd and since then, going to the temple has been a humongous blessing in my life! The temple... is simply amazing and beautiful. Really. If anyone has the chance to go through the temple, DO IT, because you won't regret it throughout your days. :D
Life is pretty fantastic right now, and I really can't complain about anything. I have a job at Gold's Gym in Ogden, so I get so play with kids all day. :]
I have a loving and supporting family, and a great boyfriend! Yes, shocker, but it's true! His name is Zack Loud and he's quite a cool cat.
Summer is snuggling up and I pretty much love summer! May is (in my opinion) the best month of them all and all the flowers are a bloomin'. Mom and Dad have been flower shopping like crazy and I can't complain because they smell divine!
Hah, I sound a bit scatterbrained, but there's a lot to pack in!
Jess Fox, my best friend, just got home yesterday from a month-long mission to Renasslaer, Indiana. I saw her yesterday and she seemed pretty stoked just talking about it. What an amazing opportunity. Honestly, I was a bit jealous that she got to leave before me, but it was a really good thing, so I don't begrudge her the experiences she had. Ah! Missions are just so fetching awesome! Jess said that she's thinking that she'll start her papers when she is ready. Best friends on missions! Poetic, don't ya think? Jess is a super spiritual gal and I know that she will do great in anything she puts her mind to! Good times, good times. :)

Must have done somethin' right!

Hey ya'll! It's been so long since I've posted anything! hahaha, I've been pretty busy sauce actually! I wish I could update you on my love life, but since this is pretty much public, I'll refrain! I will say that I have a plan and I hope it works! ;) I'm actually doing this from my buddy, Jessica's computer, but shhh! She doesn't know! :D Valentines was a wonderful day, actually! No, I didn't have a date, but I partied with ward friends and we played some awesome games! I went and saw I Am Number Four today and guys, it was fetching amazing!! Holy cats!!!! I love him! :D I also went sledding with Jessica, Mariah, and their silly cousin, Austin! There were some epic crashes, let me tell you! Jess and I fell off of our sled and then rolled over each other all the way down the rest of the hill! Yes, we have some narly bruises, but it was worth it! I love my friends!!!!! :] I will show pictures that Jess took, she is amazing! Right now, I am getting a deep conditioning thing on my head and it's pretty cold, but it's going to look so grand! Man, I love men folk! I just wish that they weren't so darn confusing... hahaha there I go, speaking my thoughts! I had better end now so that I won't say anything I'll regret! Ta ta world! :)

My week so far!

This has been a pretty grand week! Sunday was church and then scripture study (which I love)! Monday was fhe and we had the "How to avoid a jerk" lesson #2. She mostly talked about our personal relationships with our parents and how that affects our relationships later. It's kind of crazy how that works! Then it was F'real time! Have I told you how amazing f'reals are?! They're at maverick and they start out as cups of frozen flavor. Then you stick it in a machine and it takes the cup up and blends it together! Ta-da! Fresh shake yumminess. :] Tuesday was institute with Brothers Mueller and Thorpe. I missed those guys! They both taught at Fremont and I love the way Brother Mueller says "fetcher"! :D It was a really spiritual lesson and that was surprising because of how many people were in the room! I'd guess about 150 people were in there. It was packed! From there, we went straight to karaoke at applebees! This week was one of the best so far. Jess and I sang "I feel like a woman" and later, I signed up Jess, Morgan, Cassie, Kevin, and I to sing "Hero" by Enrique Iglesias. Bahaha, it even was a techno version or something, but that went well. :) Jess and I then went to Walmart to say hi to Kade, but the stupid camera alarms kept going off on us! We finally found Kade and we had a good chat. Yesterday, (Wednesday) Jess and I went to the temple! Man, I love all of the cute sauce workers there! I was about to walk into the water at the font, and the guy baptising told me that it was really cold! Lol, like a fool, I was like reallly?! Hahaha, the water was actually warmer than usual, but the silly old guy was a trickster! Then we went to Great Harvest and met Jessica Pontius there! We got our food and then a cool dude named Taylor or "Salty" came and we chatted with him. He's been around at some activities and he is buddies with a lot of our buddies. He's a funny guy! Then I saw my old friend Eric Young and we said hi! He didn't remember my name, but it's all good. :) Then I went home to take a nap and get ready to start my job!! Unfortunately, my boss lady called me and asked if we could postpone it until today. Lol, it's been a pretty good week so far, right? Wooot! I hope this weekend is as good! :)

My style

Hey there! So I was thinking that I needed to put another post on my blog so that it didn't seem like I was getting married! :) hahaha those pictures were mostly the result of me watching Say Yes to the Dress... Anyway, here are some of the clothes that I would wear, or have in my closet! My style isn't super cute, but it gets the job done. :)

I actually have all of this outfit besides the scarf! haha that's the last thing I need to tie it all together. :) I'm a jeans and a t shirt kind of girl and in the summer, it's flip flops all the way! I really like winter because you can layer it up and I don't feel pressured to be immodest! And that's how the cookie crumbles.
